While upper management is passionate, visionary, and approachable, my suggestion is for them to model alignment, strategic thinking, and foresight. Much of the disorganization rolls downhill from upper management, a result of last-minute directives that aren't well-developed or planned for.
If the leadership learns to plan ahead and stop reacting, each member of the team will be set up to win every time, and Young Living will be unstoppable. Young Living truly values their employees and members. The employees are so happy here, everyone works hard together - not just as individuals.
It's amazing that you can work for such a large organization but it still has that family feel like Young Living does. Our leadership team is amazing, they are full of charisma and easy to get behind. I truly believe that Young Living is going to do even more great things for a long, long time. Truly none come to mind, I have loved my time here at Young Living.
The company cares about their employees and generally takes good care of them. The product itself, although not advertised as such due to federal regulations , is generally accepted by even top employees as being sold for medicinal, almost 'magical' healing properties. Working around this can be a little unsettling and create inner moral conflicts with the work you do.
Fun environment to work in. Flexibility, Growth, Company makes you feel like you are part of a family. Lower pay, opportunities start leveling because of rapid growth. Retaining good employees is a hard task but pays dividends as the company grows. Love working for this company. You can be as flexible as you want, you choose your own hours and how many you want to work.
Or, you can just use the product and never have to do it as a business if you don't want. I'm not understanding the negatives in other peoples ratings. We've been a member for almost 3 years, we have over 22 people in our downline and love sharing the health and wellness Young Living has to offer. Only con I can even think of is finding people that seriously want to get healthy and take toxins out of their household.
People say they want to be healthy, but yet they don't do anything proactive. Outside of the annual convention where you pay for the event and lodging and daily parking, maybe offer other online trainings to save members money.
